Anushka Sharma is all set to enter Bollywood’s coveted ‘Khan club’, which boasts of members like Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor, Kajol, Karishma Kapoor, Rani Mukerji. Not every top heroine has been lucky enough to work with all the three Khans – Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. Anushka has joined these chosen few heroines who have been lucky to romance all three Khans in a short span. Like Anushka, Deepika too debuted opposite SRK, however it seems like Anushka beat Deepika and bagged the chance to work with the famous Khans of B-town.
Deepika debuted in 2007 with Om Shanti Om and has had a successful run in the industry. Anushka started her Bollywood career a year later with Yash Raj Films’ Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and is one the most promising talents in the industry today. She has worked with Aamir in PK and will soon be seen opposite Salman in Sultan.
Deepika had in an interview some time back said, “I would love to work with those actors I haven’t worked with, like Hrithik, Salman, Aamir, Sushant Singh Rajput, Aditya Roy Kapur. As people and as actors and from the work that I have seen of them as actors and individuals.”
And while Anushka joins Katrina and Kareena to become one of the few heroines to have worked with all three Khans by signing Sultan opposite Salman Khan, Deepika has often expressed her desire to bag a project with Bollywood’s Dabangg. In a recent interview Deepika said, “I want to work with Salman soon, hopefully.” For those of you who do not know, Deepika was offered her first Bollywood movie by Salman and not Shah Rukh. And looks like even if she does manage a Salman film in her kitty she will have to wait to bag a movie with Mr Perfectionist Khan. And considering that Aamir is currently working on Dangal, Deepika will have to wait a little longer to join the other beauties in this Khan club!
