Director Indra Kumar is back with the second outing of his 2004 adult comedy
Those who have seen Masti (2004) will certainly giggle on hearing this news. Indra Kumar’s 2004 production had become popular because of the film’s hilarious jokes and its over-the-top naughty quotient. And now after an eight-year hiatus, the filmmaker is all set with the second outing of the Masti franchise. The film is called Grand Masti and going by the title, we can only guess what to expect from this cheeky looking flick. In an exclusive first look at the movie, we see the trio from the original production – Aftab Shivdasani, Riteish Deshmukh and Vivek Oberoi- gearing up to make us laugh with their wild acts and relentlessly hilarious histrionics. The three dudes will be paired up opposite new gals Maryam Zakaria, Kainaat Arora, Bruna Abdullah and Sonalee Kulkarni. Our secret birdie chirped to us that even Ajay Devgn will be seen in this comedy.
So will the Masti’s unabashedly shameless dudes put up yet another laugh-riot on the big screen and give us the same fun we had from the original film? “There was a gap of eight years, so obviously every person must have grown as an actor. But the important thing is that even after eight years, the chemistry has not changed,” said Aftab Shivdasani in an interview and promised that Grand Masti will be even more funnier.
We hope these dudes don’t let us down with their gags and make this masti a grand one!
