The maestro director seems to be in a hurry to complete his next project
Known for taking time to complete his movies, director Shankar seems to be going on fast track as far as his forthcoming venture I is concerned.
“Nearly 60 percent shoot has been completed in a short span of time and the remaining will be done in the next couple of months,” say sources in the know. They add, “Shankar is planning to ensure that the movie turns out to be a big summer release in 2013. He is working towards achieving this target.”
We just hope the director doesn’t mess up the movie in all this hurry to meet some deadline. ‘Coz we wouldn’t want to see the creative man making grave errors, now would we?
His next starring Thaandavam actors Vikram and Amy Jackson in the lead roles, I is touted as a romantic thriller. Aascar V Ravichandran is the producer, while the music is composed by Grammy winner AR Rahman.
