The bighearted star goes a step ahead in doing his bit for cancer patients
Salman Khan has always been the good Samaritan of Bollywood among few others like Sunil Shetty and Jackie Shroff. Millions of fans and well-wishers don’t call him bhai for nothing! This time we hear that Sallu has started a medical camp for cancer patients outside his home, Galaxy Apartments in Bandra. This consultation is often done free of cost and sometimes for a paltry sum of Rs 2. Surprised no?
Our feathered friend who had been to Bandra bandstand recently chirped this news to us. He said, “Every morning, there is a long queue of people outside Salman’s home armed with medical files and papers.” Aur kyun na ho? “Salman has provided a doctor along with two bodyguards to attend to the patients. Sometimes, the charge is a measly Rs 2 and sometimes it is done free of cost.”
We also heard that for an extremely needy patient, the medical proceedings are referred directly to Salman who takes over the case.
