After ups and downs and controversies and court verdicts, the movie is finally all set to release
After overcoming a series of hurdles, Vana Yudhdham, a biopic on sandalwood smuggler Veerappan, is finally set to see the light of day on February 14.
Speaking to reporters in Chennai on Tuesday, the film’s director AMR Ramesh of Kuppi fame said, “I have presented the movie in a neutral manner without taking sides.”
He added, “The obstructions to the movie were totally unexpected. At last, the Court came to our rescue. I am sure that the audience will like the movie.”
Kishore has played Veerappan, while Arjun dons the role of a police officer. Vijayalakshmi of Chennai 600028 is the leading lady of the movie.
