The actor went live through Skype across 40 theatres in Tamil Nadu
It was going to be the grand audio launch of Kamal Haasan’s Vishwaroopam on his birthday on Wednesday, November 7. But last week’s cyclonic weather caused him to drop those plans. Instead, fans were treated to a trailer showcasing the Aura 3D technology used in the film.
The launch took placed at Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai. And Haasan, ever tech-savvy, went live through Skype across 40 theatres in Tamil Nadu, giving audiences a glimpse of what this new-age technology is all about. Sathyam becomes the first theatre in Asia to screen the trailer in Aura 3D.
Now, the wait for the audio launch is on. Rest assured, that’ll be something special, too, say those in the know. Haasan may have turned 58 this birthday, but he’s more adventurous and experimental than ever before!
