Kriti takes to Twitter to clarify the rumours….
We told you a few hours ago that Kriti Sanon was offered Salman Khan’s Sultan due to the latter’s insistence but she denied the coveted project, because she did not want to be launched under the banner of YRF Talent. Well, seems like Kriti is pretty miffed with these reports as she just took to Twitter to deny being offered the project in the first place.
She stated, “I’d like to clarify again that I have not been offered Sultan. So the question of YRF putting any conditions doesn’t arise.” Well, the conditions that she is talking in her statement refers to the contract signed by actors, who are generally newcomers, for the YRF Talent. According to this contract, the actors have to pay a percentage of their earnings to the company. An insider had told us, “The actors launched by the studio (Ranveer, Parineeti, Anushka, Vani) have to pay a percentage of their earnings from films and endorsements to the studio. While newcomers are happy to sign this contract when they get launched by YRF, Kriti, who has already made a name for herself doesn’t think it is a fair offer. she would rather give up the film than take up Adi’s offer, which comes with this condition.”
Well, now that Kriti has spoken on this matter, it is still unclear who would Salman Khan agree upon as his heroine in this ambitious project. Given this development, will Salman be open to be seen alongside Parineeti in the film? Watch out this space for more updates.
