Shah Rukh Khan just did a small 11 minutes of live streaming on his Facebook. And the 11 minutes were totally worth it as SRK revealed to the world the trick to meet him at Mannat. The actor appeared in front of the camera to announce that he is playing Jug (Jehangir Khan) in Dear Zindagi and that the live feed is going to be entirely about him. He then took some questions from the fans watching him, and answered them on the live feed. One fan asked the question that many of us have wanted to ask SRK. Where do we find someone like him? The answer that Shah Rukh is so like him. He says “Like me? My current address is Land’s End, Mannat at Bandra. You can always come there and call out loud or sing a song for me from outside – “Tu kahaan, ye bata, is nasheeli raat me, maane na mera dil deewana”-I will come out. That is the easiest to find someone like me. I have no address of someone who is like me. ” There! Now you know how to impress Shah Rukh and call him out the next time you are visiting the boundary of Mannat to catch a glimpse of him.
Further in the video Alia Bhatt barges in, and interrupts Shah Rukh Khan. She sits down, and gets into the character she is playing in Dear Zindagi. She starts asking questions to him, and demands solutions to her problems – she is unable to get out of bed in the morning. SRK tells her that this is not her session and continues with the live Q and A. The two take another question and then end the live by reminding everyone the release date of Dear Zindagi in a quirky way.
This meet between Alia and Shah Rukh happened as the two actors are shooting for their episode of Koffee with Karan tonight. Now that is called two birds, one stone. Dear Zindagi is one of the most awaited movies of this year for many reasons. Firstly for the unconventional pairing of Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt and secondly this is the director Gauri Shinde’s second movie after English Vinglish starring Sridevi.
