We all know how Deepika Padukone and Kangana Ranaut have constantly been at loggerheads! Their interviews come as an evident proof that the two simply cannot tolerate each other! Speaking of which, Deepika was recently even heard saying how she finds her fight with Kangana ‘irrelevant’ where she quoted, “It’s only one-sided. It’s irrelevant. It’s really irrelevant. I have way too much going in my life so what people say, what people do, what people think is really irrelevant.” Well, while Ms Padukone got away by saying what she had to! Turns out Kangana is super pissed at this uncalled remark!

As if she was waiting to hear something from DP, Kangana pounced on the reporter who quizzed her about the same at a recent event. She said,” Really!! She said that? Then why she makes these desperate calls to paint a parallel reality and sends never ending cunning texts to invite me for her trials and parties? Well, she seems rather invested in the irrelevant stuff.”

Clearly, this cold war is not going to end anytime soon! For all the ignorant this whole bitch fight began with DP not inviting Kangana for the Piku screening! Following which, Kangana then went on records announcing how Deepika has never been supportive of her, hinting the latter is insecure of her success! It was during the same time when Kangana was riding high on the success of Queen and was the only box office queen back then! Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, the film really has an intriguing angle and we’re really excited to see how the film pans out on 12th February. Also, not to forget Tabu’s pivotal role in the film that has made me super curious and excited.

Seems like Rakesh Roshan is very furious with his actor..

Recently there were reports that actor Sudhanshu Pandey has accused director Rakesh Roshan and Sanjay Gupta of fraud and theft. And now the latest buzz is that Rakesh Roshan has filed a defamation case against the actor. As per reports, Sr Roshan and Sanjay Gupta were set to do a project together. While Sanjay got involved with the film as a director and co producer, Roshan came on board to present and produce the film under the banner of his production. Sudhanshu was offered to take 2 percent profit as an associate producer. However things didn’t go well and it rather took an ugly turn where Pandey was reportedly ousted from the film, and later he alleged that his script was stolen by the Gupta and Roshan.

Rakesh Roshan’s lawyer, Ravi Suryawanshi confirms that a defamation case against Sudhanshu has been filed, “Mr Rakesh Roshan has filed a criminal case against Mr Sudhanshu Pandey in Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate Court on January 14,2016,under Section 499,500 and 501 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Sudhanshu Pandey had issued a false, derogatory and defamatory articles in newspapers and had filed false complaints in film trade associations inter alia against Mr. Rakesh Roshan for a script owned by some third person having no connection with Mr. Sudhanshu Pandey(sic)”.

While talking to a leading daily, Rakesh confirmed meeting Sudhanshu. He said, “A lot of people come to me, so that doesn’t mean anything. I haven’t even announced my film, so what conclusion has he come to? I don’t want to say anything further or get into more details, since the matter is in court”.

However Sudhanshu has a different story to tell. He was quoted saying, “I haven’t filed a complaint against Mr Roshan or Sanjay Gupta. I filed a criminal complaint against writers Shiraz Ayaz Ahmed and Vijay Kumar Mishra”. He also added saying, “I had met Rakesh ji in his office. We discussed the terms of the project. But they were not what I was expecting. It was Shiraz who did the fraud and went to these guys with my script and got another writer, Vijay involved. I have proof that the script is mine. There has been a lot of confusion. I have filed a criminal complaint against the writers.” Pandey further said, “I can’t stop the cops from conducting their investigation. The only people going on about the complaint are these two ,when the complaint isn’t even about them.

Kabir Bedi who celebrated his 70th birthday on Saturday, with his close friends also tied the knot with his long-time partner Parveen Dusanj on Friday. While this may have been a merry ceremony for all, one person who is not close to being happy with this news is Kabir’s daughter Pooja Bedi.

The former actress took to Twitter called his new mum a wicked witch. “Every fairy tale has a wicked witch or an evil step-mother. Mine just arrived! Kabir Bedi just married Parveen Dusanj,” she posted.

This might be an honest tweet from Pooja, who is known for speaking her mind but what comes as a surprise is that she deleted it later. She also clarified why she deleted her tweet by saying, “Deleted the last tweet on my dad @iKabirBedi 4th marriage. Let’s keep things positive. I Wish him the best !!!” Well that’s quite sensible of her now, don’t you think?

Bedi, who walked the red carpet with Parveen Dusanj said, “Welcome to my annual 70th birthday I have always said anybody in this business who survives 25 years or more deserves an Oscar for survival so I am an Oscocanadian in that sense. I wish to thank every single person who has loved me, wished me, supported me and wanted the best for me. I hope I live up to their expectation and believe me the best is yet to come.”

The couple had visited the gurudwara on Thursday to seek blessings, and the wedding was held on Friday, attended by close family and friends.

The Neerja actress definitely knows how to look chic and glamorous at the same time!

So Sonam has been making appearances a lot lately and we are liking every bit of it! The actress is already known for her impeccable style statements and always manages to give us some fashion goals. With her cute dresses to bold slits, hair down straight to frenching up her braids, Sonam does it all and nails it. She never shies away from the camera and gives us super cool looks. And looks like she has done it again! I am a big fan of Sonam’s airport outfits. Somehow the diva manages to don the best outfits when spotted at the airport. From her pretty dress ensembles to her recent trench coat fashion, she looks stellar!

I think it is needless for me to say that the lady knows how to dress that holds everybody’s gaze. So even when she posted this picture of herself sporting an Hermes outfit, I wasn’t surprised with her chic look. Her plain white House of CB pumps also matched perfectly with her ensemble, especially her Suhani Pittie earrings that stood out. Loved it all! Doesn’t she give you the perfect stylebook feels with her every appearance outfits? Honestly, I’d sit down and make an entire style book out of Sonam’s looks and dresses and use it for future references! Currently gearing up for her biopic Neerja, Sonam will be seen promoting the film so hopefully we’ll see more of the fashionista’s gyaan!

As per buzz,  Star Plus is the frontrunner to have the show

It’s clear that fans will miss Comedy Nights with Kapil sorely on Colors. However, the buzz is that Kapil Sharma’s hit comedy show will make a comeback in a new format on Star Plus. Earlier, there was buzz that it would come on Sony but now it’s Star Network that’s clearly the first preference.

It should be noted that Colors has emerged as the No.1 channel in the country in the past few weeks as per the BARC Ratings. Star Plus has come second or third. Zee Anmol and Zee TV are two other channels that make up the top five.

As per inside sources, the channel has agreed to pay Kapil Sharma, the amount quoted by him. The fee is significantly higher than that of what he got in Colors. However, talks are still on and nothing has been signed on the dotted line. A spokesperson from the channel said, “There is no clarity on whether CNWK is coming on our channel so far. No one from the marketing knows about it. Also, it is a very sensitive issue and announcements will be made only after everything is settled.”

One of the main issues is the format of the show. It cannot be an exact replica of what we see on Colors. Actor Ali Asghar has moved to a new show, Who Teri Bhabhi Hain Pagle on SAB TV and has confirmed that he won’t return as Daadi. Moreover, the copyright is still with Colors. As of now, most of the other actors are unaware of where the show is headed to and what role they will play in it.

The source also says that it has become a huge ego clash between the star comedian and Colors. While rumours were rife that money was an issue, what further dented matters was Kapil’s alleged misbehaviour on the recent cruise.

From the time the first still of Rocky Handsome made its way on social media, John’s fans have gone bonkers. The Rampuri churi to the suited up look, John’s new venture is super promising. The film vows to wow us as it brings back the Force duo John Abraham and Nishikant Kamat. The film also stars South beauty Shruti Hassan as the female lead. The earlier stills and posters released by the Rocky Handsome team were anything but subtle! With the actor’s ripped body and the hard to miss smiley on the thumb nail, Nishikant just gave us some intense feels! And while I go on and on about how sinister the look and feel of the film and the motion poster is, John’s good looks become another irresistible factor to be excited about!

The title of the film truly does justice to John Abraham as not only does he helm rock hard pecks to die for but also gives handsome a go for its money! The year may have all the Khans battling for the supreme position but from the looks of how John Abraham’s films pan out, he might just surprise everyone. If you guys didn’t know already, John has a lot of films in his kitty as of now which include Force 2, Dishoom and Hera Pheri 3. Looks like Rocky is going all out with his films! And this poster says it all! A badman for villains and a saviour for innocent and just the right amount of intensity to pump up our adrenaline! Oh and just f.y.i. the film is slated to release on 25th March so hide away your churas and guns for the Handsome is approaching us!

His death has devastated his manager and fans. Read more…

Eagles manager Irving Azoff is devastated by the loss of his good friend Glenn Frey on Jan. 18, and he believes he knows what was responsible for his death. Irving explained how he thinks Glenn’s arthritis medication slowly killed him. We have the details, here. Former Eagles manager Irving Azoff, 68, is heartbroken to have lost his friend Glenn Frey on Jan. 18, and he’s even more angry because he thinks it was Glenn’s arthritis medication that contributed to his death.

This is so sad. Irving, the longtime Eagles manager, is just torn up about the loss of his friend, and he thinks he knows what lead to Glenn’s untimely death. The band’s website said that he died of rheumatoid arthritis, colitis, and pneumonia. Talking to The Wrap, Irving says that if not for the medications he was on, Glenn would still be alive. “The colitis and pneumonia were side effects from all the meds,” he said. “He died from complications of ulcer and colitis after being treated with drugs for his rheumatoid arthritis which he had for over 15 years.”

While Irving wouldn’t say which drug he thinks caused the problems due to legality issues, he did explain how the disease affected Glenn’s everyday life. “One day his knees would hurt, his hands hurt,” Azoff said, saying that the pain “moves from joint to joint.” Irving told The Wrap that he’s planning a huge memorial, and a party to honor the memory of the legendary musician in Los Angeles. He also shares how important Glenn was to him. “I wouldn’t have been the success that I’ve been without Glenn Frey teaching me, leading me and supporting me for over 40 years … He was a passionate family man, a great father, a great humanitarian, and he’s gone way too soon.” Absolutely tragic. Our hearts go out to Glenn’s friends and family in this difficult time.

The actress will be playing lead along with Rana Daggubati

Earlier this month the Telugu-Hindi bilingual Ghazi went on floors. Famous actor Rana Daggubati made the official announcement. Actress Taapsee Pannu who was last seen in Baby will be playing the female lead. And it looks like she is taking her job very seriously.

Taapsee Pannu is immersing herself in research for her role in ‘Ghazi’, which will trace the journey and the mysterious sinking of PNS Ghazi, a Pakistan submarine, during the Indo-Pak 1971 war on the silver screen.

The actress is excited over the mystery element in the story line, and says the audience should brace for a thrilling ride with the film. “After meeting the director of the film, I was pretty intrigued that it’s such a mysterious chapter in our history. I searched some facts about the 1971 war and PNS Ghazi which did take me by surprise and also made me appreciate the kind of research the director did when he penned the script.

“It will be quite a ride for the audience to see this movie,” Taapsee said in a statement. The Hindi-Telugu bilingual is based on the true incidents on the mysterious sinking of PNS Ghazi. It will be directed by debutante Sankalp, and will be partially based on his own book Blue Fish. The story is about an executive naval officer of the Indian submarine S21 and his team who remain underwater for 18 days. It also stars Rana Daggubati.

Qubool Hai was one of the most successful shows for Zee TV. Fans loved the pairing of Zoya (Surbhi Jyoti) and Asad (Karan Singh Grover). After the leap, the jodi of Ahil (Karanvir Bohra) and Sanam (Surbhi Jyoti) was also loved by fans. The show portrayed the Muslim community in a progressive manner and was loved across the subcontinent and Middle East.

Actress Surbhi Jyoti played five different characters on the show and won accolades for her performance. Over the years, we saw time leaps, the Indo-Pak angle and even a supernatural twist on the show. However, the TRPs had been dipping since 2015 and the makers thought of giving it a good farewell. Ten actors have played the main male protagonist on the show, which is also a record in itself. Karan Singh Grover, Rishab Sinha, Raqesh Vashisth, Vikrant Massey, Karanvir Bohra, Shehzad Sheikh, Varun Toorkey, Rajbir Singh, Ankit Raj to Avinash Sachdev.

The show also gave Indian TV, Surbhi Jyoti. This Punjabi girl, who belongs to Jalandhar made her debut in Hindi shows with Qubool Hai. People loved her as Zoya Farooqui and Mahira Akhtar. In a public statement the actress said, “It has been a very fulfilling journey to play five characters in the same show. This show has made me a household name. I am thankful to all our fans for showering us with immense love and adulation. I have loved every bit of this journey and I am going to sorely miss shooting for the show. Above all, I will miss all of my co-actors and friends that I have made on the sets. No matter which part I play in future, I know for a fact I will always be remembered for this show.”

Finally the day has arrived when Asin’s will finally get hitched to Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma. The lady is all set to marry today in Delhi. The couple’s wedding had become the talk of town after Rahul Sharma gifted Asin a ring worth Rs 6 crore. As per reports, the couple will get married with two different custom that is Christian as well as Hindu.

Venue and Guests

The wedding is quite an intimate affair and will be held at the Dusit Devrana resort in New Delhi. While around 50 guests are expected to attend the Christian wedding, around 200 guests will be a part of the Hindu wedding.

Costume

Asin will wear a Sabyasachi Mukherjee’s creations for the Hindu wedding, and don a dress designed by Vera Wang for the Christian wedding.

Private Party

After the wedding, the couple has reportedly organised a bash the next day at Rahul Sharma’s private guest house which is only for close friend and relatives. Akshay Kumar will be attending the hush hush wedding party.

Grand Reception

Asin and Rahul have organised a grand wedding reception for B Town friends in Mumbai as well on January 23. Salman Khan, John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez and other big names to expected to be a part of this grand ceremony.

This Telugu actor became an international star in 2015 after the release of SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali. Now, it looks like Prabhas’ family wants him to settle down as far as his personal life is concerned. The 36-year-old has managed to remain single all these years. But 2016 may be the year he ties the knot.

His uncle, noted actor Krishnam Raju, revealed in an interview recently that he met Prabhas during Sankranti. He has stated that he asked his young nephew about marriage and has taken a promise from him that he will get married in 2016. Prabhas seems to have readily agreed as well. His uncle has stated that they will now start looking for a suitable bride for Prabhas.

Krishnam Raju was also excited about the success of Baahubali. He said that today people who meet him call him ‘Baahubali peddananna’ as his nephew is the hero of the film.

There were reports last year that Prabhas has gotten engaged to a young engineer but it may have been false reports. There is speculation that he will get married once he completes Baahubali part 2 for which they are shooting this year.

And so, after Arjun Kapoor, now Sushant Singh Rajput will get a tattoo to honour his mom’s memory. Sushant has been planning to do this for years and has now decided to take the plunge. He is considering the design and will soon finalise it.

Sushant confirms, “Lately, I have been missing my mother a lot. I was most attached to her. I lost her when I was very young (in Std 12). She used to always be worried about me, and pampered me a lot. I plan to get a tattoo with the word ‘Maa’ done on the back of my neck. At least, she will be with me in some way.”

Currently, the actor is completing the shoot on the biopic MS Dhoni after which he will start shooting for Dinesh Vijan’s directorial debut. Sushant plans to get his tattoo done before he begins the shoot of his new film. And as far as his girlfriend Ankita Lokhande is concerned, well, she perhaps must be proud to have a boyfriend like Sushant who respects his mom so much! Too cute, eh?

A few visitors have already entered the Bigg Boss house and left this week including Sunny Leone and a few other ex-contestants. There was a buzz that a mid-week elimination would take place yesterday, however it didn’t take place. However, we can now CONFIRM that the mid-week elimination will take place tonight.

Keith Sequeira will leave the Bigg Boss 9 house tonight after Bigg Boss announces that he has been eliminated from the show. Earlier Keith had left the house following the death of Ian, but returned to the show after a few weeks. Keith will be eliminated in tonight’s episode in the mid-week elimination. The remaining contestants – Prince Narula, Rochelle Maria Rao, Rishabh Sinha and Mandana Karimi, now make up the top four.

If we look at the previous seasons, either the top four will make it to the finale and one person will be eliminated on the finale night or one more person will be eliminated before Saturday and the top 3 will go into finale. After that the top 3 will be given a chance to leave the show with a bag of cash. Finally, one of the top 2 will win the show. Who do you think will win Bigg Boss 9? Due to this, the shoot got delayed

Aamir Khan who is currently shooting for his upcoming sports biopic, Dangal in Ludhiana was greeted with a street full of fans. Mr Perfectionist who was filming in a house, was stuck on location for 8 hours due to the rage exhibited by his fans. Khan was flabbergasted to see the maddening crowd around him.

The actor was mobbed by his fans and despite the security on location. Due to this, it was impossible for him to go to his vanity van between his shots. He then decided to stay put in the house till his shoot for the day was over.By the time he got done, the entire street was filled with fans and his entourage took more than an hour to get him off the street.

Dangal is a film based on the life of Haryana-based wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat. The actor has left no stone unturned to give his best in the film like always. He beefed up himself and actually looked like a wrestler. During an interaction with media Aamir said, “I have put on till 90 kgs and that is not good for my health and again I have to come back on the weight of 60 to shoot for their younger version”.

The actor is even co producing the film and it is all set to hit the theatres in Christmas 2016.
